ℹ️ If you require a mini refrigerator (fridge) in your room for medical reasons, for example, to store medication, please inform the UCL Accommodation team. You’ll need to provide details of your health condition and supporting evidence.

Have you booked your accommodation for 2026-27?

⌚You’ll need to select your arrival timeslot at least 3 working days before your check-in date. To do this, log into the UCL Accommodation Portal and select 'check-in' from the top tab.

✈️ If you plan to arrive before your contract start date, you must submit an Early Arrival Request and wait for approval before booking any travel.

📅 Due to operational reasons, Early Arrival Requests will be processed by the Hall Teams from August. Additional nights will be invoiced based on your arrival, and charges will apply regardless of the reason for arriving early.

Missed the accommodation application deadline? Rooms are still available.

From 11 June, new undergraduates and affiliates without a confirmed booking can reserve remaining available rooms via the UCL Accommodation Portal on a first-come, first-served basis as spaces free up through cancellations and withdrawals.

Exceptions apply if you are under 18 or have additional requirements.

Students under 18 can book Ramsay Hall, Ian Baker House, or James Lighthill House, subject to availability.
