I'll go first... I’m Lorraine and I show adults how to play popular songs on the ukulele in an hour. Here are some memorable teaching moments I've had.
- A Ukulele Choir I taught performing at Summer By The River.
- Dubai, teaching a team on the beach whilst the sun was setting.
- A school class I taught appeared whilst performing in the documentary about George Formby with Frank Skinner (deliberately blurry).
- Kensington Roof Gardens, teaching a team who work in the media industry.
- A Ukulele Choir I taught performing at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.

Are you still here? Sorry, it's been a while since I posted. I needed time to focus on family and health issues. I'm feeling better for having had the rest and recuperation time and I'm looking forward to the Beginners 1 Course starting next week... :)

Top marks to my student of this week, Jo who's bound all the songs we've done in lessons and bound it with a Learn To Uke spine. This has given me some much-needed reassurance that online is the best way to teach, and has made my year 😍

Since March 2020 when we moved online I've been using a website that wasn't fit for purpose. It's been cleaned up now. There's still a bit of work to do but I'd love to know what you think. Like it? Spot any errors?
