STUDENT UNION AWARDS! Vote if you haven’t already! Deadline is 12th May! Sorry if you see a bit about this but we’re really passionate about it!

SO! One of the reasons you should vote for us as society of the year is because of our merch! Our hoodies have not only been a success In the pullover, but we’ve introduced zip up hoodies too AND offer a variety of colours! Even the lecturers are getting in on them! You can personalise the back to have your name on it!

This years student union awards are now open! Nominate us for society of the year, we would love to win it for the 2nd year in a row!
Here are some of the reasons why we believe we should win!

1) we have doubled our membership numbers from last year, and we have expanded our committee numbers with the hope this will help to further expand our numbers.

2) Both the President and Vice President have been busy organising many collabs. Our big one has been collaborating with the sos planet society about an upcoming event where a student will get to work with GOSH to help reduce waste in healthcare

3) Our Vice President Leanne did a lot with regular well-being sessions. She did a big one when a lecturer sadly passed away offering well-being to all nursing students regardless of if they belonged to the society or not. Well-being was her focus not numbers at that time!

4) Our merch is out there - even the lecturers are Ordering the hoodies!

5) Well I’m biased, but isn’t Nursing just the best, most rewarding career!

Our president and Vice President are soon leaving the society as they make their mark in the nursing world just like they have made their mark on the society! Let’s send them off with another win on the university cards.
