The United Kingdom Singaporean Law Students' Society (UKSLSS) is excited to invite freshers to our welcome call this year!
The UKSLSS was established in November 1998 under the auspices of the Government of Singapore and Contact Singapore, UK. We aim to serve and represent the interests of all Singaporean students reading law in the UK, regardless of whether they are in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
As a society, we organise events ranging from social networking and career-readiness, to keeping members engaged with the latest developments of the Singapore legal industry. Join to learn more about our society and possibly becoming a University Representative and engage in a fun pub quiz with peers who are, like you, Singaporeans studying law in the UK ββ¨
We will have two sessions - October 3rd and October 10th. Sign up on this form for the time(s) that fit best for you, and we can't wait to meet you there! π€©π₯³
Note: If you are not a fresher but are interested to learn about the opportunities we offer and how we can support your legal studies, please feel free to hop on the call as well!
Please send any questions you have regarding the event to: [email protected] We look forward to meeting you virtually!

You would have heard on the news/social media about the recent racially-motivated assault of a Singaporean UCL student, Jonathan Mok, along Oxford Street. SOAS SingSoc is appalled by this attack and blatantly racist display, especially in a multicultural city like London. We stand together with Jonathan Mok, the Singaporean community in UCL, and in London as a whole, and remind everyone to stay vigilant, take the necessary precautions to stay safe. Should you or anyone you know face such a situation, or need any form of support, please do not hesitate and reach out to us!
