I am a intergrative Person Centered Counsellor Experienced in talking therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for common mental health issues.
I aim to support clients on their individual path towards their ideal selves and the lives they desire.

The Third Place
Is a concept developed by social psychologists. The “First Place” is one’s home. The “Second Place” is one’s place of work. The “Third Place” is a place of community.
I wanted to create a sense of belonging that aims to place an individual’s mental wellbeing at the centre.
Knowing when faced with life’s challenges and without the support, resilience and motivation many feel unable to seek out and truly integrate their “Third Place”.
Third Place Counselling is the first step to self-discovery, confidence, coping skills and resilience.
