Join us on Saturday June 27th to engage with certified therapists, utilising music-making, signing, and movement to provide a sensory-rich experience tailored to individual needs.

Our virtual music therapy is accessible to all, regardless of musical skill or instrument availability.

See below some practical essential tips for UK families on how to keep children and young people safe during this heatwave!!

💧 Encourage regular drinks throughout the day
🧴 Sunscreen and sun hats!
♾️Check mobility aids or specialist equipment metal parts have not become too hot before use
💊 Some medicines can be affected by high temperatures these day - ensure they are or move them to cool areas.
♾️ Consider additional support for children who may not recognise or communicate when they are overheating

Please also check in on vulnerable neighbours, older relatives and families who may need extra support during the heatwave.

If you notice signs of heat exhaustion such as dizziness, headaches, nausea, confusion or unusual tiredness, move the child to a cool place, encourage fluids and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Stay cool and look after one another!!!

What did students write their songs about in preparation to their performance at the West London Inclusive Arts Festival at the Royal Albert Hall last month?

In Deep has been going to Orminston Queensmill Academy and doing songwriting with them. The students wrote songs about being a teenager, singing about hopes, dreams and friendships. They also sang about being a teenager in love and about teenager problems.

During their performance, they had everyone on their feet. We were really proud of them.

The West London Inclusive Arts Festival took place last month at the Royal Albert Hall. Students from Orminston Queensmill Academy performed amazing original songs they had prepared with In Deep. They wrote these wonderful thank you letters to In Deep's Emily, with whom they did songwriting - we want to thank them back for their amazing art and thank everyone who made the festival possible.

During their performance, the students had everyone on their feet with their songs about being a teenager, singing about hopes, dreams and friendships. They also sang about being a teenager in love and about teenager problems. We were really proud of them.
