Since 1986, The Proclamation Trust has existed to encourage ministry that seeks above all to teach the Bible as God's Word relevant for today.

To this end we seek both to equip and to encourage Bible teachers.

As England prepare for their first game at the World Cup, we’re heading back to the archives… 🧡

At the Summer Wives Conference, our delegates gathered to watch the tense Round of 16 match from the 2018 World Cup — nervously following every moment of that dramatic penalty shootout.

Recharge isn't just about the talks and seminars. It's the walks, the games, the gym trips — and the moments where a room full of ministry wives end up on the edge of their seats together. That's fellowship.

Who was there for the Summer Wives Conference 2018? 🙋‍♀️

How do you know what is the right course for you?

Layo didn’t decide alone — she spoke with her pastor, prayed it through, and reached out to our teaching staff before committing to the Cornhill Training Course.

Fifteen minutes. One big truth. Every week. 🧡

Brigid is a Mission Partner at East London Tabernacle, going into schools across Tower Hamlets every week — with just 15 minutes to share one key truth from the Bible.

The Cornhill Training Course has sharpened her ability to nail down that one big truth and communicate it clearly, skills she’s using every single week.

"Your weapon is the Bible — and that's what you need to take into your relationships with other people." Raymond Brown, Senior Minister at East London Tabernacle

Brigid goes into schools across Tower Hamlets every week — assemblies, Bible clubs, classrooms full of children from Christian, Muslim and many other faith backgrounds. She just has 15 minutes to share one clear truth with children who may never have heard the gospel before.

The Cornhill Training Course sharpened her for exactly that. Watch her full story below. 👇

What are we going to do about the decline in the number of candidates putting themselves forward for gospel ministry?

It's a question being asked by church leaders across the globe — and Robin Sydserff (Proclamation Director), Matt Pope (Pastor and trainer of pastors in five Latin American countries, formerly of St Ebbe’s in Oxford) and Marty Sweeny (Pastor for training at Old North Church) sat down to talk honestly about it.

It's a conversation worth watching. And if it stirs something in you — come and continue it with us at EMA 2026 this June.

How do you develop a healthy training culture in your local church?

Over the last 15 months a major research project has been exploring exactly that question — looking at 60+ churches across the UK to find out what healthy training culture actually looks like in practice.

Small churches. Large churches. Rural churches. City churches. Churches in tough places. Churches just starting out with training and churches already multiplying gospel workers.

The findings are both encouraging and challenging — and they are being presented for the very first time at EMA 2026.

If you're a church leader — this is a conversation you don't want to miss.
