My Word Constellation for 2026
It started as a bit of fun. Hokey fun like horoscopes or magic 8-balls or optical illusion puzzles. I enjoyed doing the word-grid challenge set by Hortense le Gentil in December (“The first 3 words you see will define your 2026”).
But these ‘random’ words lingered in my imagination and are now holding a ‘North Star’ force of direction and meaning.
It seems ‘random’ can be beautifully, truthfully intuitive and the wisdom you need at the right moment.
OK! So, what about these 3 words already? I hear you asking…
GRACE FREEDOM AUTHENTICITY
These were the first 3 words I saw in the magical word grid and here’s how I’m making sense of them for Theatre 4 Business in 2026:

Our beloved Founder of Theatre 4 Business, Josie Sutcliffe
passed away very recently and we miss her and celebrate her. Her legacy with this company lives on through this inspirational work:
