Hi everyone,

Next Monday on the 27th outside of Mile End library we will be holding a bake sale as a donation drive for Whitechapel Mission. The Whitechapel Mission not only provides the homeless with items they need through donations, but also helps rough sleepers get off the streets by helping them get jobs and accommodation.

You can help Whitechapel Mission by donating items at our bake sale in return for a free baked item of your choice 😋

If you would like to donate any items on the 27th or would like to donate through us on an alternative day then please sign up using the link in our bio and we look forward to seeing you soon!

It was amazing to see such a great turnout at our wrapping for refugees event and social yesterday!

We thank each one of you for giving up your time to take part in such a great cause and to all those who donated items and as a result made this event successful.

And of course a big thank you to QMUL STAR for collaborating with us to deliver this event.

We hope you enjoyed taking part (as well as the pizzas 😋) and made some new friends as an added bonus! And we look forward to seeing you all soon at our future events!!

Thank you to all those that attended our International Humanitarian Law event yesterday. It was great to see all the contributions made that led to a very heated yet engaging discussion!!

We would also like to thank QM Law Society and LSESU Red Cross for collaborating with us.

And ofcourse last but not least a special thanks to Mike Baxter, Development and Engagement Manager at the BRC, for leading the event.

Hey guys! Our friends At QMBL Syria Solidarity Society are hosting a panel event on Thursday to discuss the political and humanitarian crisis that has unfolded from the conflict. This week is the 8th year anniversary of the Syrian conflict and so if you’re free, come down to the event. It should be really informative. https://www.facebook.com/events/360691184775459/?ti=icl
