Enactus UCL

Our Story

Enactus is a global community of student, academic and business leaders who change the world through social enterprise projects developing their skills to become socially responsible business leaders.

Participating students develop their entrepreneurial potential, business knowledge and employability whilst also improving the quality of life and standards of living for people in need.

By contributing their talents to projects that improve the lives of people worldwide, Enactus participants are demonstrating that individuals with a knowledge and passion for business can be a powerful force for change.

An annual series of regional and national competitions provides a forum for teams to present the results of their projects, and to be evaluated by business leaders serving as judges. National champion teams advance to the prestigious Enactus World Cup.

In addition to the community aspect of the programme, Enactus' leadership and career initiatives create meaningful opportunities for learning and exchange among the participants as well as the placement of students and alumni with companies in search of emerging talent.

Enactus is new in UCL - established only in January 2011. We are currently looking for new members to plan, lead, execute or participate in one of our many social business projects. Enactus promises to be a unique opportunity for UCL students to play an active role in society while developing business acumen.
