Congratulations to Morris, Xilin, and the rest of the team unpicking mechanism Aldosterone-producing adenomas (APAs), work supported by our team
Somatic mutations of CADM1 in aldosterone-producing adenomas and gap junction-dependent regulation of aldosterone production - Nature Genetics Recurrent somatic mutations altering residues in the transmembrane domain of CADM1 are identified in aldosterone-producing adenomas. Follow-up studies implicate a role of gap junction communication in regulating aldosterone production.
Concluding training today on another spatial genomics platform in our tool kit - the Nanostring cosMX. Panels of up to 1000 RNAs and 10s of proteins all at single cell resolution. Get in touch to find out more [email protected]
