Language learning at RPPS is a vibrant journey of discovery. 🇫🇷🇪🇸
From playful introductions to French in Reception to studying both French and Spanish throughout the school, our pupils learn through songs, games, roleplay, creativity and cultural exploration.
Along the way, they discover traditions, stories and celebrations from around the world while developing the confidence to communicate in new languages.
We’re proud to celebrate the rich diversity of our school community and inspire every child to become a confident, curious global citizen. 🌍✨

🐉✨ What an inspiring visit!
Our pupils were delighted to welcome globally acclaimed, multi-million-selling author and illustrator Cressida Cowell, creator of the beloved How to Train Your Dragon series.
Cressida shared her creative journey, the stories behind her illustrations and writing, and the vital role imagination plays in bringing ideas to life. Our pupils were captivated by her insights and encouragement to dream big and embrace their creativity.
As a former RPPS parent, it was especially wonderful to welcome Cressida back and hear her fond memories of the school. Thank you for such a memorable and inspiring visit! 📚💫

On Friday evening, we were delighted to welcome back so many familiar faces for our alumni event.
There was a real buzz as former pupils returned to RPPS, caught up with old friends and explored how their old school has grown and changed since their time here.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a warm and memorable evening.
Keep an eye out for details of our next alumni event.

Every child is a scientist in the making.
Step into the Science Lab at RPPS and you’ll find children testing ideas, building models and asking the big questions: why, how, what if?
From their earliest years, our pupils think like scientists- observing, classifying, investigating and problem-solving their way through real enquiry. Learning spills beyond the lab too, into Ravenscourt Park, museum trips, science clubs and our much-loved annual Science Fair.
This year’s fair, Inventors Assemble, saw children design solutions to real-world problems: a self-driving car for the visually impaired, a rainwater-purifying umbrella, a smart bee feeder, an automatic braking system for e-bikes, and apps to encourage healthy habits. The ingenuity was matched only by the enthusiasm.
We’re especially proud that 60% of this year’s Science Fair participants were girls- confidently pitching their inventions and seeing themselves as scientists, inventors and problem-solvers.
Because representation matters.
Science isn’t a single mould - it’s curiosity, questioning and knowing your thinking has value.
The scientists, engineers, doctors and inventors of tomorrow are in our classrooms today. While they’re with us, we’ll make sure their questions are taken seriously, their ideas are explored, and their voices are heard. 🌱

The Summer Term has arrived at RPPS! ☀️🎉 We’re so excited to welcome our pupils back for a season of sunshine, creativity, sport and outdoor learning. 🎾📝 Let’s make this final chapter of the academic year the most memorable one yet! 🌳📚

During our Spring Term ‘Belonging Week’, we celebrated our differences through meaningful conversations, shared stories and moments of reflection. Our children explored what it truly means to feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. We delved into identity - celebrating cultures, challenging stereotypes and reminded every child that it’s not enough to simply be accepted; they deserve to be celebrated as they are.

This week was more than a celebration, it was a commitment to kindness and inclusion, creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected and proud to be themselves.
