Seeing as the world cup starts today. Here is my one & only real interaction with the sport.
In 2014 were relaunching the brand across Europe & was the spokesperson for them.
I along with a few others were flown out to Barcelona for a 2 day launch & as part of it we were asked to have a small kick around with him & pretend to score a goal as part of it.
News of this spread quickly & a lot of paparazzi & press appeared. Out of around 8 of us, me & one other person managed to score a goal.

He was my idol when I first got in to bodybuilding. When I first started buying magazines he was gunning for his first Mr Olympia title πͺπ».

This took 5 minutes to make & about 30 seconds to scoff.

Iβm not going to lie. My level of enthusiasm to train today on a scale of 1-10 was about-18 . I still managed a pretty decent leg workout though πͺπ».
3 sets of around 8-12 on everything.
Barbell squats- Stiff leg deadlifts.
Leg extensions- Hip thrusts.
Leg press- Leg curls.
