We were delighted to welcome so many of our families to join us at the Christmas Carol Concert today, inspired by the messages of hope and joy, gladdened by the boys lively singing, and looking forward to the weeks of festivities ahead.
The star of the afternoon was of course Mr David who found himself both surprised and delighted at the appreciation of the boys as he readies to join Wetherby Prep School in the New Year.

Our Year 3 Charity Ambassadors had their hands full this morning overseeing the arrival of the food donations ahead of the boys taking these to St Matthew’s Bayswater where we celebrated Harvest Festival.
Through songs, stories and reflection, the boys learnt about the importance of gratitude, giving and community spirit.
Harvest Festival is more than a celebration… it is a chance for our boys to grow in empathy, understand the value of sharing and experience the joy of helping others.
Thank you to our families and all those who helped make this morning so special. The food donations are in support of St Matthew’s Bayswater Food Bank, showing that even the smallest hands can make a big difference!

Today our Reception boys transformed into superheroes - from brave police officers to fearless astronauts and even the mighty SuperPup joined in: capes, courage and curiosity!
Though it is more than just costumes - a celebration of resilience, determination and the power of a growth mindset.
Whether they are saving the galaxy or keeping the peace, being a superhero means believing in yourself, never giving up and always striving to grow.
…because in Reception we don’t just dress like superheroes, we think like them too.

With the boys settled into the new term, today is our first charitable event of the school calendar. With boys, staff and our families supporting Jeans for Genes, a most extraordinary charity which the boys have been learning about in assemblies this week. It has been a delight to see everyone in their jeans, even those out on the school trip today!

Named after our first premises at 5 Wetherby Place starting with just three pupils, Wetherby School rapidly established itself, expanded and moved to 11 Pembridge Square in 1974. The school has continued to thrive with our vision for children to dream big, to pursue their unique talents and embrace personal growth, alongside an individualised academic approach for each boy.
