CCS:3H Partners consulting skills workshop
The session will be delivered by Cass MSc Management alumnus Edoardo Di Rosa – Strategy and Innovation Adviser. He started working at 3H Partners in October 2017, and in this experience, he had the opportunity to work in various industries, from OEMs to High Tech to Pharma. Earlier he worked in EY as an M&A life sciences analyst. He would like to engage with Cass students to make them aware of the opportunities available within their organization. The workshop will include some ice breaker games, an overview of the consulting life, business case analysis, and keys to becoming a successful intern/analyst followed by a Q& A round.

Our panelist profile: Mark Ghannam
Mark has been an AI consultant and data scientist for over 3 years. He became interested in AI when he developed his first algorithm to predict the foreign exchange market in his university accommodation and since then has filed a patent in AI. Now he advises industry leaders and governments on how to use AI and how to build their digital strategy. He has worked at Goldman Sachs, Accenture and now Monitor Deloitte where his main focus is building and delivering cutting-edge AI platforms and strategy to clients in all sectors.

Mary Agbesanwa is passionate about encouraging millennials to tap into their potential. Mary works as a Management Consultant at PwC UK advising financial services firms to help them solve operational and regulatory-driven problems. She also co-leads the firm’s Multicultural Business Network which celebrates the multiculturalism of PwC’s UK firm. Outside of work, she blogs on her Medium blog A Millennial's Diary about careers and personal development for millennials and runs a female professional millennial community called Now You’re Talking.She was awarded Number 13 in the EMpower Top 50 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders List, presented by the Financial Times and won the Aspiring Talent Award in the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year in 2016

Our panelist profile: Alexender Wallot
Prior to his PhD in Management and Finance, which Alexander currently pursues at the University of St. Gallen and University of Cambridge, Alexander has gained three years of international management consulting and M&A experience mainly in the Life Sciences industries. In his last professional role, Alexander served international clients as an Assistant Manager at the KPMG’s Global Strategy Group. Projects included, a post-merger integration in Czech Republic and Poland of a global pharma player spin-off, reorganization of a global life science company in Germany, growth strategy and target search project for global leader in specialty adhesive tapes. Furthermore, Alexander was involved in a number of target searches and market research studies in the industries of agribusiness, commodity and specialty chemicals, pharma, OTC, and chemical distribution. Besides organizations’ strategic issues, Alexander is thrilled about topics at the intersection of knowledge and digitalization, and keen to support children in unfolding their full potential.

Why CCS: I joined CCS because I want to make career in consultancy and CCS reputation is amazing in Cass. When I joined CCS I was a junior associate in the marketing team, Now I head the marketing department the whole experience was amazing.I learned a lot from my colleagues at CCS.
