After a fantastic ISBA 7 Conference in Oxford last week, we are really looking forward to hosting at UCL Institute of Archaeology in April 2017!

We are looking for staff and student volunteers from UCL Institute of Archaeology and, in particular, MCAS: Material Culture and Archaeological Science to assist with the organization and running of the conference.

The summer break slows down the academic life a bit - but planning and preparing the conference still goes on at the moment with the formation of a conference committee.

Slowly things get sorted out here in London and we have some first provisional dates that might be of interest for you:

1st December 2016 - Abstract deadline
31st January 2017 - Deadline of early bird registration
5th-8th April 2017 - UKAS 2017 conference @ UCL

We hope to get the booking system started by October 2016. Decision about the acceptance of abstracts are scheduled for January 2017. More to come...
