We harvested 100s of poppy heads and 1000s of seeds for the students to use in for their wildflower seedbombs ! 🌱🌱

The poppies are still in use, rooted in the soil, they're acting as amazing supports for our tomatoes that will be harvested in a few weeks ! πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…

πŸŽƒπŸ‘» Pumpkin Carving πŸ‘»πŸŽƒ

This Sunday at the farm we will be doing our annual pumpkin carving for Halloween!
🧑We have a few tools for you to use, but please bring your own pumpkins and a spoon to scoop the insides out or a marker if you have either. You can buy a pumpkin at the big Sainsbury’s 10 mins down the road.

🧑If the weather is bad we can go into the common room in the nearest accommodation entrance. You can keep the seeds and insides of the pumpkins to cook with (bring a ziplock bag to take them) and if not they make good compost (not the seeds though). 🧑Scroll for some cool design ideas for your pumpkins :)
