We were delighted to welcome practitioners from Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre today as part of a week-long storytelling workshop 🎭✨

As we explore The Winter’s Tale, students are bringing Shakespeare to life through performance - building confidence, creativity, and a real love for drama.

A fantastic experience and brilliant preparation for the transition to secondary school! 🌟📚

A huge congratulations to our students who have been awarded bursaries from The Reuben Foundation and Marshall Wace  totalling over £95,000 – a fantastic achievement that reflects their hard work, dedication and ambition.

The bursary programme recognises students who have demonstrated academic excellence, strong contributions to school life, and a commitment to their communities.

Our Globe recipients embody these values. Their professionalism, integrity and growth mindset have earned them this remarkable achievement, opening doors to exciting futures and new opportunities. 🌟

🏆 Southwark Champions!

Our incredible Year 7-10 boys’ and girls’ athletics teams gave everything at the Southwark Athletics Championships yesterday and they did us proud.

A massive shout out to our unstoppable Year 9 & 10 girls’ team for bringing home a huge win! 💥🔥

We now have over 20 of our students selected to represent in the next round.

Good luck to our amazing Year 6 pupils in their SATs this week 🌟

You have all worked so hard and we are incredibly proud of you. Enjoy your breakfast revision sessions - you’ve got this! 💪📚

A huge congratulations to Mr Owen and Mr Whelan for completing the - an incredible achievement that reflects their determination, commitment and months of dedicated training. Running on behalf of Ark Globe Academy, they showed true resilience and perseverance every step of the way.

We would also like to celebrate Ms Francis, who took on the challenge too. We are immensely proud of all three staff members for representing our community with such strength and spirit.
