Final talk at here in Dubai. It was great to see so many give up their Saturday morning to come along, listen, ask thoughtful questions (including the inevitable Trump one!), and buy books!
Gutted to miss talk which clashed but we still got to chat in the Green Room and talk all things writing and agents - we share the same one. Donāt worry Ben it was all very good! š

Another amazing day here in Dubai.
Very early start being interviewed on all things high-stakes negotiation, Davos, Trump, etc on and overlooking the 18th green at the Dubai Classic at .
Then off to HQ to deliver a talk on āHow To Negotiate When Failure Is Not An Optionā followed by Q&A and book signing.
Rounding the day off with dinner with friends!

Well 2025 youāve been a rollercoaster of a year!
In no particular orderā¦
ā¢ Moved house (& became a blended family).
ā¢ Released my second book Eye of The Storm.
ā¢ Sold foreign translation rights for my first book Order Out of Chaos.
ā¢ Exciting conversations (ongoing) for a major creative project.š¤
ā¢ Appeared on multiple podcasts & news media interviews.
ā¢ Good times w/ Lisa.
ā¢ Launched a new business.
ā¢ Hired multiple independent contractors to support growth of said new business.
ā¢ Let go of multiple independent contractors (!)
ā¢ Delivered workshops, keynotes & firesideās around the world.
ā¢ Still in a build / create /growth stage while noticing subtle shifts in whatās needed. Because I love what I do, Iāve had to work hard at taking time off! :-).
ā¢ Celebrated my 50th & spent quality time with family & friends.
ā¢ Watched my kids move towards adulthood with big changes for them (& even more to come in 2026).
ā¢ Got into the best physical condition of my life.
ā¢ Still got ill for a month (not 100% yet!).
ā¢ New travel experiences.
Essentially, a fully human experience. The ups. The downs. And everything in between.
