Last week our Leading Social Impact programme kicked off with a four-day residential at Oxford and brought together strategic leaders from around the world.

This global leadership programme, developed by top experts from Clore Social Leadership, the Gradel Institute and New College, University of Oxford, is designed for changemakers who want to drive real impact and be part of a global network.

Key topics covered at the residential included:
- Strategy for Greater Impact
- Inclusive Design
- AI & Digital Innovation
- Governance Across Sectors

It's our pleasure to introduce our inaugural cohort! Their contributions at the residential were invaluable and we can't wait to see how they collaborate and grow together.

The Social Leaders Cornwall programme is officially underway!

We kicked things off with a brilliant first session where the programme facilitator, Lucy Cox, led activities to help the group get to know one another and together we set the stage for an exciting journey ahead.

One highlight was the 'Superhero Top Trumps' activity a fun way for participants to map out their expertise and see who brings what to the table. This will help them share knowledge and support one another throughout the programme and beyond as they collaborate to continue to drive meaningful change in Cornwall and beyond.

We can't wait to see what heights this group will climb!
