Same love for dance ❤️ same dance family ❤️at west London dance academy our pupils are nurtured from babies to adult ballerinas and as a Principal and teacher I feel extremely lucky to have been part of that journey from beginning to end . What a fun day at our WLDA Easter Camp! Easter bonnets , crafts, face painting, dance offs performances games and all sorts my favourite had to be seeing all of the pupils show off some hip hop freestyle in our hip hop sequence to the theme tune from the famous Peter Rabbit film ! What a busy end of term weekend@ we had . With IDTA intermediate vocational ballet exams for 3 of our seniors and and level 4 diploma in dance teaching unit 3 practical teaching exam for Miss Meredith along with show prep , watch week for babies ballet , 18th birthday celebration for Roma and a little pink party for two of our little ones we are totally exhausted 😄 now we need to get ready for Easter camp on Wednesday!

A lovely day spent with Student Teacher Kriya at her school Chiswick’s Career day. We chatted to lots of lovely students about our IDTA Level 3 & 4 Diploma Train To Teach Dance courses . Which they can study alongside their education as Kriya is, and then go off to university with extra UCAS credits and a chance to assist in dance schools in order to help finance their degrees .

A huge 🙌 to all of our students and teachers who took IDTA exams before Christmas! We’re thrilled to announce that we received outstanding results once again. From our youngest preparatory pupils some as young as 4yrs achieving Distinctions in their Preparatory Ballet Exam, while our older students took their final professional vocational Intermediate Ballet Exams and are now ready to head off to university with there extra UCAS credits ! . Our Teacher miss Sarah achieved 91% Distinction in her unit 2 level 4 diploma in dance teaching on our traintoteachdance.com programme studying part-time alongside her physio therapy degree at university ! We are so proud of everyone’s hard work and dedication!❤️🎉🥳🩰
