🗣️ Year 13 students had insight on Finance for University in an engaging session delivered by Nicholas Nanikhan from the University of Hertfordshire.

🎭 Year 13 Drama students completed their final performance exams for their A Levels. An amazing performance - such professionalism on stage from students and a very funny show!

🏔️ Year 12 students took place in their Everest Programme mock exam conference. Expert guidance on exam strategies from Mr Flanagan as the KS5 lead on Teaching and Learning, with practical resources and dedicated time to plan out their final stages of revision over the next month leading to April’s Mocks.

As we approach the 10th anniversary of The Compton Sixth Form, we’re pleased to share what some of our alumni have been up to since they left. From career successes to personal achievements, our former students have made great strides in many areas. Join The Compton Sixth Form for our Open Evening on Thursday, 14th November 2024!

The school will be open from 5 pm, offering you the chance to visit different departments, meet the staff, and hear short talks about the A Level and BTEC courses on offer. At 6 pm, there will be a talk in the hall.

A timetable will be available closer to the evening to help you plan your visit around the main talks from the Headteacher and Sixth Form Team, along with the departments and subjects you are interested in studying. There will be tour guides available to assist you in navigating the building and answering any questions you may have about the Sixth Form.

You will not be required to book a place for the Open Evening or any subject-specific talks that occur during the evening. Following our Open Evening, online applications to our Sixth Form will open on 15th November 2024.

"I love studying Applied Science - it's a new way of studying for me as it's more coursework and practical based. I researched really carefully and found out that I will have the qualifications I need to study Science or Medicine at university."
