King's are committed to Sustainable Food and Drink.

Did you know that on 4th February 2019 King’s Food introduced a 20p levy on single-use takeaway coffee cups. The money raised by the levy goes into a Sustainability Ideas Fund and at the end of the year students can decide how they want to use it by pitching ideas to the Fairtrade and Sustainable Foods Steering Group, attended by KCLSU, King’s Food as well as student representatives.

We have a number of bikes left at Champion Hill form last academic year. As part of our sustainability drive here at Champion Hill, we decided to auction bikes on 20/03/2020 between 1:30pm - 3pm in the Quad instead of just throwing them away.

All proceeds from the bids will be donated to charity.

Dr Bike will be on hand to advise of any required repair works before you bid. If you already are in possession of a bicycle, Dr Bike can do a maintenance check on it for you.

All bikes need to be registered at reception, and you can keep you bike in out Platanes Annexe Cycle Store.
