TaBBies is the childrens servicces run by TaB Centre Plus, we offer a number of sessions for children and parents from ages 0-11 years.
TaBBies started in 2016 at the TaB Centre. We started with just two stay and play sessions on Wednesday and Friday mornings for babies, toddlers and parents (and grandparents, child minders nannies, aunty, uncles..). We added a Soft Plau session on a Monday morning with lots of chances for children to develop their bigger movements like climbing, running jumping. Each session provides a safe and r
elaxing space for children and adults alikt. On the Wednesday and Friday sessions we run a more 'formal' setting, so we begin with free play, followed by snack time, the story and songs. Staff are on hand during both sessions, they are DBS checked, the led playworker holds a NNEB quailificatioon and is Frist Aid trained, she also has over 18 years of experiance. In May '16 we ran our very first holiday club for children aged 4-11 years, it was open every day between 8am -6pm. Children booked in for either a full day or half days (some booked for a morning and didn't want to leave so got booked in for the afternoon too)! Some came for breakfast and some stayed for tea. Days where packed full of fun, with sports, games, arts and crafts, movies, cooking and lots more! All for a very reasonable price! Keep and eye our for more info! During October '16 we launched our very first TWO after school clubs for children aged 4-11 years
On Wednesday we have a Multi- Sports session between 4-5.15pm. It is an hour of physical fun followed by a super healthy snack all for £2 per child. On Thursday we rub an Art Clun bettween 4-15 -5.15pm, come get messy, creative and inspired all for £2 per child.
