🚀 Empowering kids with self-belief, confidence & resilience by transforming wellbeing in schools & families worldwide 🌎 Join the movement! 🌈✨

We believe that emotional intelligence and life skills such as confidence and resilience are first developed at home. We want every family to have access to great resources, tools and products to help both children and their parents build these life skills together and feel like a united team. This is why we launched Happy Confident Me. The vision behind The Happy Confident Company was inspired by the typical struggles we faced as parents when raising our children.

Here's one of the simplest things you can do as a family to help your children build a more helpful inner voice...

Set a positive intention for the day ahead. Not in a forced, “everything is wonderful” kind of way, but in a practical way that helps you and your kids notice what you need, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and choose words that are supportive and optimistic. It totally helps when we're feeling worried, unsure or overwhelmed.

Positive thinking is a life skill, and like any skill it becomes stronger with practice. Picking a card together in the morning, talking about why that one feels right, or leaving one out for your child before school can become a really lovely family ritual. Over time, these small moments help children develop self-belief, confidence and personal coping strategies they can come back to when things feel tricky.

The aim isn't to remove every worry, but to help children feel more able to meet the day with optimism, purpose and a little more belief in themselves.

It's a small habit that can go a long way - why not try it today...

This Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that children’s mental health is shaped by the small things we do every day and by the systems we build around them.

A feeling named.
A boundary respected.
A moment of rest protected.
A safe conversation at home or in the classroom.

Our purpose is to empower families and schools with preventative, life-transforming tools that help children build self-awareness, confidence, resilience and emotional intelligence. Because prevention is just as important as intervention. And every child deserves to feel great about who they are.

This week, try one small step:
Ask a child, ‘What are you feeling today?”
Then give them the space to answer.
