Today, my son handed me a simple drawing that says, “I ❤️ Dad.”
To the world, it may look like just a few lines and colors on a small board. But to me, it’s priceless.

No expensive gift, no grand celebration could ever match the feeling of knowing that in my son’s little heart, I am his hero, his protector, and someone he loves deeply.

One day this drawing may fade, but the memory of this moment never will. It reminds me why I work hard, why I keep going through every challenge, and what truly matters in life.

Being called “Dad” is the greatest achievement I will ever have.

Thank you, my son, for filling my heart with a love that words can never fully describe. ❤️

Honoured to Serve as a Charity Trustee

I am delighted to share that I have officially been appointed as a Trustee of UNIREA TRUST (Charity No. 1214762), registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

This appointment is both a privilege and a responsibility. I look forward to contributing my experience in education, leadership, international student engagement, and community development to help advance the charity's mission and create a positive impact for those we serve.

I strongly believe that education, inclusion, and community empowerment can transform lives, and I am excited to work alongside my fellow trustees, volunteers, partners, and supporters to help UNIREA TRUST achieve its goals.

Position: Application Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Application Manager to lead our admissions and application processing operations in Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student applications, ensuring compliance with university requirements, and supporting our recruitment teams to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete student application process from submission to enrolment.
• Review academic and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with universities, admissions teams, and partner agents.
• Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and university portals.
• Track offers, deposits, CAS, visa documentation, and enrolment outcomes.
• Support counsellors and recruitment partners with admissions requirements.
• Generate weekly and monthly application performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and UKVI requirements where applicable.
• Train and supervise application processing staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international student admissions or education consultancy.
• Strong understanding of UK higher education admissions processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems and university application portals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with UK, European, Canadian, Australian, or US universities.
• Knowledge of student visa processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing relationships with education agents and recruitment partners.
