Great to do a quick site visit today to see the progress on this project which is on the Cator Estate in the Blackheath Park conservation area. The works include internal and external remodelling and extension works to the existing property.

We're pleased that planning permission has been granted for this rear wrap-around addition to an existing Edwardian semi-detached house located in the West Putney conservation area. The extension design draws on proportions, colours and textures from the existing house. Surface materials will include reclaimed stack-bonded clay bricks, textured lime render, and European Oak.

Following a positive initial meeting with the planning authority we have developed our design for this backland site in North London. The redevelopment of this site would see the construction of 7 new homes comprising a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units each with private and communal amenity/ garden space.

This is our design for one of four new mews houses on a site in North London. The wider site development will include eight units with a mix of two and three bedroom houses and flats.

Looking back at this project as a point of reference. This Larch-clad side and rear extension, with basement fit-out was completed in 2023. The extension - hopefully we'll get around to arranging finished photos soon for our new website. The wedge-shaped side extension and large glazed apertures provide elevated framed panoramic views over London.
