We are incredibly excited to introduce the chef behind this year’s Cooking Class in Spetses: Agapi Micheli! 👩🍳
A passionate professional chef, Agapi’s culinary journey has taken her from serving as Executive Chef at the Royal Danish Embassy for eight years to leading kitchens, designing menus, and creating memorable food experiences across Greece.
What makes her especially perfect for our Immersion Course is her belief that food is much more than something we eat—it is culture, community, storytelling, and connection. Through her love of sharing knowledge, sustainability, and conscious cooking, she helps people experience the deeper meaning behind every meal.
We know our students will love learning from her, hearing her stories, and discovering Greece through food💙

An inspiring day at Classroom Futures: AI Discussions & Ideas that Shape Learning during Panathēnea 2026.
The thoughtful discussions, the exchange of ideas, and most importantly, the active participation of students reminded us why conversations about the future of learning matter.
At The Greek Online School, we believe in exploring possibilities, embracing innovation, and creating spaces where curiosity, collaboration, and student voices can thrive.
Special thanks to Minister and of course .festival . Thank you to for hosting us and of course to all the amazing speakers who joined us.

Graduation season is here — and in Greek, we don’t just say “good luck.” 🎓🇬🇷
We use words that carry hopes for progress, success, and a bright future ahead.
Καλή σταδιοδρομία — for a successful career
Καλή πρόοδο — for steady improvement and moving forward
Καλή τύχη — because a little luck always helps
Όλα δεξιά — for everything to go your right
Use these to sound like a Greek✨

🇬🇷 One of the most common Greek sayings is about May… or is it? 👀
“Ζήσε Μάη μου να φας τριφύλλι” is used when something feels far away—or unlikely to ever happen.
But here’s the twist: it might not be about May at all. 😯
Language changes. Stories adapt. And sometimes… what we think we know isn’t the full story. 😉
