π Does it really matter whether your baby was born by C-section or vaginal birth?
Every birth journey is unique. Every birth deserves respect.
What matters most is a healthy mum, a healthy baby, and a family that feels supported.
Let's celebrate birth without judgment. πΏ
What are your thoughts? π
π "Was it a C-section or a normal delivery?"
It's a question many mums are asked.
But perhaps the better question is:
β¨ "How are you and baby doing?"
Every birth journey is unique, and every birth deserves respect.
What are your thoughts? π

Hey Family and Community of Birth and Nature
We would be announcing the most engaged follower of the Month on the 30th June 2026. This would be our little way of reaching out. Please keep in mind that different people would be selected each Month. It would eventually get to everyone but at different times. Once again thanks for your continuous support and love. ππ

π Your baby does not need a perfect parent.
They don't need perfection.
They don't need you to get everything right.
What they need is your love, your presence, your cuddles, and your care.
On the hard days, remember this:
You are enough for your baby.
Be gentle with yourself. Parenting isn't about being perfectβit's about showing up, learning, and loving your child every step of the way. π
β¨ What's one piece of advice you'd give a parent who feels they're not doing enough?
π Your baby doesn't need a perfect parent.
They don't need perfection. They need love, comfort, and connection.

Things we should stop asking new mums:
β "Did the baby sleep through the night?"
β "Are you back to your normal self yet?"
β "When are you having another one?"
Motherhood is a huge adjustment, and sometimes what a mum needs most is kindness, support, and someone to ask:
π "How are YOU doing?"
Let's be a little gentler with new mums.
What's the most helpful thing someone said to you after having a baby?
A massive thank you to all my Birth and Nature community for your continuous support and love π. From the bottom of my heart Thank you π
