More performances from our circus workshop today

Today we had a visit from Circus instructor Heidi who taught our young people different types of circus skills.

Today our young people made a wheel that contains multiple coping mechanisms that they can use whenever they are feeling anxious.

Teens did a little yoga session today as part of our workshops about mindfulness and ways of coping with stress/anxiety

WE’VE TURNED 10!!!! Thank you to everyone who has supported for the last 10 years. We started as a small community where teens could meet up and take part in various workshops during the school holidays and have expanded to take in infants and junior years. We hope you will continue to engage with what we do here and we hope to provide your children with more fun, laughter and experiences for many years to come.
