It was a spectacular day in PE yesterday. The Inside Lane, created by Lilian Okolie (LR alumni and track & field journalist) delivered a relay workshop to our fastest sprinters in Year 9 and 10.

& Team GB Olympic Silver Medalist Bianca Williams came to cheer them on and offer some expert advice as they planned the best way to execute their races. Students left feeling inspired to do great things in sport! We hope we see our girls’ flying down the track in the future.

We invited parents into the school to celebrate Christmas with a fantastic concert; Fr Marcus from St Bede's Church welcomed the school community; students and staff worked very hard to put on a great concert, and the hard work showed through with a great atmosphere!

Yesterday we said goodbye to this Year's Creative Writing club students, giving them certificates and a little present. They all participated in the YoungWritersCW competition for young writers
