What the h*ll actually are the apprenticeship levels?!?
Let’s not complicate it, here’s exactly what you need to know about each to feel ready to apply 🫵💡
⭐️ Level 2 apprenticeships = five GCSE’s graded at 9 to 4
(A*-C)
⭐️ Level 3 apprenticeships = 2 A-Level passes
⭐️ Level 4 Apprenticeships = the first year of an
undergraduate degree
⭐️ Level 5 Apprenticeships = a foundation year
⭐️ Degree apprenticeships = level 6 (Bachelors degree),
level 7 (Masters degree)

Are you still using any of these? 👀 if you’re using AI for your applications, that’s absolutely fine (as long as you’re using it correctly!)
But if you’re not paying close attention to the AI giveaways, then it’s going to be pretty obvious to an employer
Here are some of the words you should be taking out of your CV to avoid being caught out 👇
Spearheaded 👉 led
Fostered 👉 built
Orchestrated 👉 managed
Facilitated 👉supported
💡 The rule of three is proper English, however when it feels less natural, leave it out!
🫠 Again, the em dash ( — )is now unfortunately linked to the use of AI, so if you want to avoid your applications looking like chat gpt wrote it, take these out
