Our Time All Ability Youth Forum was set up by young people (14- 25) with learning difficulties and disabilities to champion the rights of young people and changes in Special Education Needs provision, but we do welcome people of all abilities. To mark Commonwealth Day (10 March 2025), we are flying the Commonwealth flag at the Town Hall in Whitechapel. Commonwealth Day is held annually to celebrate the Commonwealth, an association which is made up of 56 countries and is home to 2.7 billion citizens.
