You do not need to be perfect.
You need to breathe, read carefully, start with what you know, and keep going.
One paper does not define your future.
One hard question does not mean the whole exam has gone badly.
One stressful morning does not erase all the work you have done.
And for parents, sometimes the most powerful thing you can say today is simple:
“I’m proud of you.”
“Just do your best.”
“We’ll deal with the rest together.”
