We saw so many impressive experiments during our Science and Engineering Week ⚗️ A huge thank you to our expert parents who gave talks on brains 🧠 and gut health, the children were captivated 🙏 Our open morning today was wonderfully busy, thank you all parents who came to to experience the experiments 😊

Wow! We can't believe this year's Sports Day has already come and gone. 🏆🏃‍♀️

Last Friday was full of friendly competition as our three school houses (Cloudesley, Grimaldi and Myddelton) competed in a series of athletic events in the hopes of winning our coveted House Shield. 🏅

Every child showed good sportsmanship by cheering on their friends and saying 'well done!' at the end of their races.

At the end, our teachers tallied up all the points and Miss Gowers announced that Myddelton House was this year's Sports Day Champion. 💚 Each child came away with a bronze, silver or gold medal round their neck and a smile on their face.

🥳 What a Founder's Day 🤩

Our 2026 celebration was based on 100th Birthday of Sir David Attenborough, who is very loved here at TGS 🥰

We had quite a few children come as the man himself 👱🏻‍♂️, we saw some explorers, a variety of animals 🦥🦋🐈 and wonders of nature 🌳 We even had a child dressing up as a special cake for Sir David 🎂

We arrived to school with a mini street party with bubbles🫧, balloon fun 🎈 and music, which made a fun conga happen 🎶 We also had a delicious special lunch 😋 and a visit from the Animal Club who introduced us to some of their creatures 🐍🐹🦎

Thank you to our wonderful team who created such a fun day for the children 💜💚💛

🥳 Congratulations to our fab four who qualified for ISA National Athletics Finals on Monday 15th June 👏👏👏 We wish you the best of luck 🍀

The events our children excelled and won their places in were 600m for three of them, Vortex Throw and a 100m Relay 🙂

🎉Congratulations and well done to our Form 4 girl who won second place🏅in the national ISA poetry competition 👏
