In honour of our 20th anniversary of the Alexander Teacher Training School, Anthony was interviewed by ATTS graduate Ruth Hommelsheim. Anthony shares his vision of the Technique as a "Trauma-Informed and Emotionally Literate" enterprise. Anthony discusses how he started his journey in the Alexander Technique as well as describes the origins and evolution of his school.
