I’m a total nerd. Please ask your questions on and here and I’ll try and answer them by creating & posting some useful educational material. That way your questions help me help others.
If I can’t help, I’ll point you towards someone who can. If I can. You get the picture 🤕 😊

I'd like to offer some useful resources to any migraine sufferers feeling a bit lost while they are looking at my page deciding whether or not to visit an (of all people) for ...don't osteopaths just do backs? NO! Almost 10% of our patients come to us specifically for help with headaches.
Spoiler alert: it's 3.5 minutes long so make yourself a nice cuppa! ☕️

So proud to have my poster presentation and video on undergraduate headache education which I undertook at the European School of Osteopathy last year as part of my Uni of Edinburgh headache master’s not only accepted but also used in the intro instructions of the CONy 2021 neurology conference walkthrough for attendees prior to entering this impressive virtual conference. Thanks!

Don’t we all know at least one person who really suffers badly with tinnitus? My father has constant severe tinnitus, like train breaks shrieking to a halt. Luckily he is long retired, as he barely sleeps as a result and couldn’t possibly work with this. Ever since I was a child, I myself have occasionally had a high-pitched electronic-sounding note for 5-15 minutes in just one ear, but I would hate it to get bad one day. Please read and share so that more money is spent on research on this debilitating condition.
