Following a conversation with I did a bit of research on how to actually improve sleep quality, not just duration.
Results were as you’d expect… set a schedule & don’t drink caffeine late in the day etc. etc.
I guess like anything just get the basics right & you’ll get 90% of the benefits, who’d have thought it 🤷🏻♂️
Of course these points wont always be applicable but if we aim to hit them most of the time we should feel & perform noticeably better 💪
