😃 Behind every PE lesson, after-school club, holiday camp and new project is a dedicated management team working hard to ensure we continue to provide the very best experiences for children, schools and staff.

⭐ 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧 – Director�Supporting the day-to-day running of Think Sport, Glen is also leading the introduction of 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦:𝐄𝐝 into schools ahead of the 2026/27 academic year. Alongside this, you'll regularly find him delivering sessions and working directly with participants.

⚽ 𝐋𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐬 – Director�Lewis oversees company operations, ensuring rotas, staffing and provision run smoothly across all sites. Despite managing the bigger picture, he still coaches in 5-10 schools every week and remains heavily involved in delivery.

📈 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐲 – Coach Development Manager�Jonny's focus is helping our staff become the best coaches they can be. He leads CPD training, carries out observations, supports staff development and works closely with schools to monitor progress and standards.

📦 𝐋𝐞𝐞 – Operations Manager�From staff handovers and equipment orders to ensuring every venue is prepared, Lee helps create the best possible environment for both our coaches and participants to thrive.

💻 𝐓𝐨𝐦 – Bookings Manager�Tom manages our online bookings, website updates and customer information. He also supports our marketing and communications, helping families and schools stay informed about everything happening at Think Sport.

💙 Together, our management team is committed to creating positive experiences, developing great coaches and providing outstanding opportunities for every child we work with.

🏆 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 ⚽️

⚽️Seeing our former players and current pupils enjoying their tournament football this summer has certainly taken us down memory lane.

🗣️At Thunder FC, we shared so many magical moments during tournament season. From memorable goals and trophy celebrations to plenty of ice creams during the breaks, these days always created lasting memories.

🤩Most importantly, tournaments gave our players the chance to do what football is all about, enjoy the game, spend time with their friends, and simply be children having fun both on and off the pitch.
