Our babies and toddlers absolutely love their weekly yoga sessions at Monkey Puzzle! These fun, gentle sessions are fantastic for helping our littlest learners develop their balance, coordination, and body awareness from an early age. Through playful stretches, simple poses, and calming breathing exercises, we're not only supporting their physical development but also teaching them early tools for mindfulness and relaxation. 💛

Show & Tell Time! 📢✨
Our pre-schoolers always look forward to our Show and Tell sessions at Monkey Puzzle, but these moments are about so much more than just sharing a favourite toy! Presenting to their friends is a fantastic way for children to build early public speaking confidence, expand their vocabulary, and practice structuring their thoughts. At the same time, their classmates learn the vital social skills of active listening, patience, and asking encouraging questions. 💛
