Childrens Centre
The children in the Ladybird and Busybee Rooms engaged enthusiastically in a range of creative activities. They particularly enjoyed tracing letters and using animal stencils, which supported both their fine motor skills and early literacy development.
The children also took great pride in creating their own flower arrangements, demonstrating creativity and independence. In celebration of Easter, they decorated Easter bunnies and eggs, which was a fun and festive activity that encouraged artistic expression and seasonal awareness.

The children in the Ladybird and Busybee Rooms created beautiful cards to celebrate Eid and also enjoyed celebrating St Patrick’s Day by decorating shamrocks and exploring the green gloop in the tuff tray. Outdoors, the lovely weather provided a great opportunity for the children to engage in fun and refreshing water play.

Children's Centre
The children in the Caterpillar and Butterfly Rooms have had a wonderful time engaging in a variety of activities. They particularly enjoyed building with blocks, colour sorting using pom-poms, and exploring mark-making in flour. The children showed great enthusiasm when attempting to draw around their daffodils, and they took pleasure in caring for the dolls, practising turn-taking and sharing with their friends.
A highlight of this term was their walk to the local shops, where they explored different items they could buy and enjoyed tasting the fruit they selected.

Luckily, most are preventable with the right knowledge. This short, interactive course helps you understand:
• What the most serious home accidents are for under 5s
• The key risk factors that increase the chance of injury
• The most effective, practical steps you can take straight away to reduce these risks
• What immediate first aid to give to stop an injury from becoming more serious
