Summer Workshops at Withington Works

We're delighted to announce our Summer Workshop Programme for KS2 children and above, taking place this August in partnership with Withington Works at the Withington Public Hall Institute and Baths.

Our programme will offer a wide range of academically enriching and creative workshops, alongside access to co-working facilities for parents throughout the day.

It's the ideal solution for working parents during the summer holidays, providing children with engaging, educational, and enjoyable activities in a supportive environment.

11+ preparation, including mock examinations
Creative writing workshops
Engaging Maths and Science activities
Language tasters (Mandarin and Spanish)
Drama and music sessions
Arts and crafts
Games and team activities

Parents can also request access to the co-working facilities at Withington Baths, located just around the corner.

With SATs now complete and the GCSEs underway, it’s easy for students to feel overwhelmed. Taking care of mental health during (and after) exams is just as important as revision time. A healthy mind helps students perform at their best and feel their best too.

✔️ Take regular breaks – short breaks help improve focus and reduce stress
✔️ Keep a routine – regular sleep, meals, and downtime make a big difference
✔️ Talk it out – encourage your child to share how they’re feeling
✔️ Celebrate effort, not just results – confidence grows with encouragement
