We are pleased to announce that our Academy will now be managing all of its curriculum operations through .app

As our classes are so busy, we now need ALL members to register your profile on the App and Book onto classes before attending….

“Improve your Sucker Drag…”
This escape from the Frontheadlock can be a vulnerable option in a Submission Grappling/MMA ruleset, done in its traditional form (done when on your Elbows) as it places your arm in a position to be put in Anaconda Choke/Schultz Headlock…
To prevent this, we build height on the hand that’s in the Headlock, and drop into the escape.
Performed correctly, the manoeuvre is done so quick, that there is zero submission threat, and ultimately gets your behind your opponent
