🚴‍♀️🛴 Sponsored Sports Week – Day 4! 🏁

What a fantastic way to finish our Sponsored Sports Week! Today was Bike and Scooter Racing Day, and the children had a brilliant time zooming around the course, showing off their speed, balance, and control.

As part of the challenge, the children completed their bike and scooter safety test and were delighted to receive their very own driving licence for passing! 🚦🎉

There was plenty of excitement as everyone cheered each other on and gave their very best effort. It was wonderful to see such determination, confidence, and sportsmanship throughout the day.

A huge well done to all of our amazing children for taking part and making this year’s Sports Week such a memorable success. We are so proud of everything they have achieved! 🌟🏅👏

🏅 Sponsored Sports Week – Day 3! 🏅

Wednesday was Skipping Rope Challenge Day, and the children were jumping into action from start to finish! They challenged themselves to see how many skips they could complete, practising their timing, coordination, stamina, and perseverance along the way.

It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces, determined attitudes, and lots of encouragement between friends. Whether they were mastering their first few skips or setting personal bests, everyone gave it their all!

Well done to all of our skipping superstars for another brilliant day of Sports Week! 🌟👏

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Sponsored Sports Week – Day 2! 🏅

Tuesday was Obstacle Course Day, and what a fantastic day it was! The children had great fun jumping, crawling, balancing, and weaving their way through a range of exciting challenges.

Along the way, they developed important skills including agility, coordination, resilience, and teamwork, while showing determination and encouraging their friends.

Well done to all of our amazing children for giving it their all and making Day 2 such a success! 🌟💪

This week, our children will be taking part in lots of exciting sponsored sporting activities to raise funds and have fun while keeping active! 🌟

Today, we kicked things off with a Sponsored Walk in the Park🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🌳

⚽🌍 World Cup Football Day 2026! 🌍⚽

Last Thursday, we kicked off the excitement of the World Cup 2026 with our very own Football Day! 🎉

The children came dressed in their favourite football shirts and sportswear, proudly supporting countries from around the world. They had a fantastic time taking part in football games, developing their teamwork skills, and cheering each other on. ⚽👏

The children also got creative by decorating World Cup-themed pictures and learning about the countries taking part in the tournament. 🎨🏆

As part of our healthy lifestyles learning, we talked about the importance of staying active, keeping hydrated at our hydration stations, and enjoying healthy fruit and vegetable snacks throughout the day. 🍎🥕💧

The fun didn’t stop there—our staff members even got involved with a friendly volleyball match, bringing lots of laughter and team spirit! 🏐😄

A fantastic day full of sport, creativity, healthy choices and lots of smiles! 🌟

⚽🌟 Football Fun! 🌟⚽

At the start of the month, our children had a fantastic time taking part in a football session with Manchester City in the Community. 💙

The children enjoyed practising a range of skills including dribbling, passing, ball control and shooting, while also developing their confidence, coordination and teamwork skills.

There were lots of smiles, energy and enthusiasm throughout the session, and the children thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

🐛🕷️ Mini Beast Adventures in the Little Eggs Room! 🕷️🐜

Our curious little explorers in the Little Eggs Room have been having so much fun discovering the wonderful world of mini beasts! 🌿🔍

The children have been busy searching high and low in our garden, spotting wriggly worms, tiny ants, and even some fascinating spiders. Our adventure didn’t stop there — we also headed to the local park last week where we explored even more creepy crawlies in their natural habitats! 🍃🐜

Back in nursery, the fun continued with our spaghetti worm tuff tray, where the children loved squishing, stretching and investigating their “worms” through sensory play. It was a fantastic way to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and build confidence as they talked about what they found.

What a wonderful experience of hands-on learning, investigating, and mini beast magic in Little Eggs! 🐛✨
