Meeting up for some cooling drinks at The Coffeehouse in Sale, before a great morning gaming with Everyone Can.
Lunch & a brilliant afternoon accessing indoor sports & games with the community coaches at Alty FC.
We’ve never been more thankful for both venues having excellent air con!

Another day another scorchio!! 🥵 but we make sure we’re inside enjoying activities out of the hot sun!
Today Ten Pin Bowling cafe, followed by a great bowling session, well done everyone 🎳 🌟
Lunch back at our cricket club base with our friends from Out & About, joining us to play the very popular traffic light🚦card game.
Lovely day of fun and friendship 😊

Great to be back after our break & straight into our Tuesday activities with our Keystones friends.
A morning of relaxed art & catching up with our friends from Out & About who joined us for art & lunch.
A changed afternoon followed, over at The Lifestyle Centre, outdoor football was cancelled due to the heatwave, so everyone joined the indoor cricket activity in the sports hall with our friends from Better Things.
A much needed hydration break in the cafe afterwards, before heading home. Well done everyone 🌟

Meeting up at The Forum Café for a drink & a catch up before heading off to Altrincham for a bowling session 🎳
Lunch, pool, cards & socialising with our ‘Out & About’ friends at The Carter’s Arms in Sale Moor.
We will see you all in a couple of weeks after our two week break. Enjoy your rest everyone at Keystones.

We’re half way through our last week before we finish for a 2 week break & of course Wednesday’s are always a firm favourite with our Keystones friends!!
First up, joining others from Out & About for a drink & a chat in the Cafe at Atlantic Bowl before a great morning ten pin bowling, brilliant bowling & fab team work! 🎳 🌟
Then back to our Wythenshawe Cricket Club base for lunch & an afternoon of Nintendo Switch ’Just Dance’ & wordsearches for those that preferred.
A fun day from start to finish, well done all 👍🌟

Tuesday’s always set us up for a great week, starting with our relaxed art session & catching up on the weekend’s news over a hot drink with our friends.
After lunch it’s over to The Lifestyle Centre for an afternoon of inclusive sports with Better Things.
Another fabulous start to a busy week 😊
