☀️ Sunday 21st – Summer Solstice Art Celebration! ☀️

This Sunday, our Young Artists will be celebrating the Summer Solstice by creating their own beautiful mixed-media sun artwork. Using layers, collage, and acrylic paint, children will explore their creativity and produce a unique piece to take home.

💙 As it's also Father's Day, Dads are warmly invited to join in the fun, spend quality time with their children, and help create a special artwork to enjoy together.

🎨 Not sure if the session is right for your child? Why not take advantage of our half-price trial session and come along to see what it's all about?

A warm welcome to all my new followers — I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Jo, and I’m an artist with a degree in Fine Art. Alongside my creative practice, I spent 10 years working in schools as a Teaching Assistant and Higher level Teaching Assistant supporting and inspiring children in their learning and development.

Get Arty was created because I wanted to offer children another option outside of traditional sports clubs — a space where creativity can flourish, imaginations can grow, and every child can discover the joy of making art.

Art is so much more than creating a picture. It helps children:

🌟 Build confidence in their abilities
💡 Think creatively and innovatively
❤️ Express emotions in a healthy and positive way
🤝 Learn new skills while having fun

At Get Arty, I believe every child is creative, and my goal is to provide a welcoming environment where they can explore, experiment, and be proud of what they achieve.
