A big thank you to Tiny Tasters for delivering such fantastic cooking workshops for our children and their parents! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 The sessions were fun, engaging and full of delicious learning experiences – the children absolutely loved getting hands-on and trying new skills! 🥕🍓🍽️

We all know screens are part of everyday life, but it’s important to create a healthy balance for our children. Government guidance recommends keeping screen time limited (for example, around one hour a day for children aged 2–5) and focusing on shared, purposeful use. Spending time reading, playing and talking together helps support children’s development, wellbeing and social skills - small changes can make a big difference!
