Last week in Culture and Enrichment, Class 35 looked at healthy eating. The pupils discussed the different food groups and how they play different parts in helping their bodies. π
They even looked at some new words such as calcium and minerals. Each pupil was given the task of trying at least three fruits each. Great job everyone! πππ

Class 2 has been enjoying their weekly P.E sessions, where the pupils have been practising for their Sports Day. The pupils have enjoyed throwing bean bags into the hoops, jumping over the hurdles and walking through the ladders as well as kicking the ball into the goal. Everyone is so proud of Class 2! πβ½π

Class 20's topic is 'Magnificent Monarchs'. The pupils made a timeline showing different kings and queens from the past and had fun trying on a royal crown. ππΈπ€΄

Class 10 has loved learning about the circus and engaging in lots of different activities during Engage and Explore time. The pupils explored a carousel of activities, such as sorting coloured pasta, building a tower to knock down or filling popcorn buckets full of treats. ππΏπͺ

Class D enjoyed learning about shellfish during their Topic lesson this week. The pupils watched some videos of how shellfish move and then explored photographs and shells in the sand tray. ππ

Class 18 has started a new Maths unit all about 'Talking about Measure'. This week, they pupils have been exploring the idea of big and small, using lots of different objects to see how they compare. π
They have been busy sorting items into big and small groups, and some have even had a go at putting objects in order by size. Itβs been great to see their confidence growing as they learn to spot and talk about differences in size. β¬οΈβ¬οΈ
