It is getting super exciting in Year 6 as we get closer to our Year 5 & 6 production which this year is the wonderful Beauty & the Beast. The children have been creating images for a display and the programme. They have been working so hard and it promises to be absolutely spectacular ✨️ 🌹

What an incredible experience we have had over the last 2 days. Our Year 6 children joined special, secondary and primary schools to create A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Nottingham Playhouse. Our children shone on the stage and we couldn't be prouder. ✨️🎭

We have arrived at The Nottingham Playhouse for our Year 6 children to perform in their Shakespeare festival with 8 other schools. Break a leg Year 6, we are so proud of you. 👏

An incredible 'Girls Can Code' event at NTU thanks to the Equals Trust and The Royal Society. The girls learnt how to Code their own arcade game and were inspired by university and industry experts. We then shared games and reflected on how we could improve. Thank you Equals Trust and NTU for an incredible day.

What a wonderful World Oceans Week we had. The children have read stories about the ocean and marine life whilst learning new facts too, there have been some beautiful crafts taking place and incredible artwork too. Our most important message was learning how to take care of our beautiful planet. We are feeling very proud. 🌊 🦀 🐋 🦞

What an incredible afternoon we had with the wonderful Mark De Lisser. We sang our hearts out with the biggest thanks as always to Inspire Music for all you do. We are forever grateful 🎶 🎵

We were so proud of our Year 6 Netball team who attended a Netball Tournament at The Nottingham Girls High School. They played so well as a team and we were over the moon to win the The Fair Play award for their excellent sportsmanship and manners.

What an exciting morning we have had! Thank you Miss Wrench for organising such an exciting visit for Donaldson Class as part of their learning about transport and then it was a real treat for the whole school to enjoy as well. Thank you Betty The Balloon for visiting us with Bertie.
