πŸŽ“ Why Level 3 Award in Education and Training?

Across the NHS, so many staff are already educators, even if it’s not in their job title.

You might:
βœ” Teach or train colleagues
βœ” Mentor students or new starters
βœ” Support apprentices or learners
βœ” Share knowledge as part of your day-to-day role

If that sounds like you, this qualification is designed with you in mind. It builds confidence, adds structure to what you already do, and formally recognises your teaching practice through a nationally recognised Level 3 award.

Because the skills you use every day deserve recognition, and the right support to grow even further.

πŸ’¬ Networking, learning, and inspiration all in one place πŸš€

One month ago, NATH attended the East Midlands Early Career GP Conference 2026 at Holywell Park Conference Centre, and it was fantastic to see nearly 40 attendees from Nottinghamshire join colleagues from across the region for a day focused on connection, development, and innovation within Primary Care.

The conference brought together inspiring keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and meaningful conversations around the future of General Practice and workforce development.

🀝 We were also delighted to collaborate with Phoenix (going to tag them) alongside the event, sharing a stall space and having some really valuable conversations with attendees throughout the day. It was a great experience working together and engaging with so many Early Career GPs across the region.

It was also great to see James Waldron representing Nottinghamshire Alliance Training Hub throughout the event and supporting conversations around opportunities within Primary Care across Nottinghamshire.

πŸ“Έ Here’s a look back at the day!
